Yerevan Modern Art Museum and Gevorgyan Gallery present an exhibition of Albert Hakobyan. The exhibition will be opened at Gevorgyan Gallery on June 25 - July 27 2004. … the desire to be understood restricts the scope of your potentialities. It’s impossible to say anything about painting ,impossible to separate it from the life. Painting is a mode of life, a way of existence. To paint or to sleep, to love or to travel – there is no difference between them. There are no principal and minor notions. All the things are equivalent and independent one from another. The line is never the boundary of the color. There exists only the will of the Absolute, and the main task is not to restrict the Absolute. I believe in this. Albert Hakobyan
